Wallet support widget
The widget is being verified and is not available yet. Visitors can ask without a wallet unless the team requires one. Signing in uses the wallet already connected to your app. Users approve a separate sign-in message. Sign-in supports standard EVM wallets (EOAs). Smart-wallet signatures are not supported yet.

Support
The team inbox's assignment, internal notes, saved replies, status and reporting are being verified. Private screenshots and exports check current access. Storage isolation, deletion, retention and cost verification are still pending. Email alerts are not available yet. Users see replies when they open the case again. Your team checks the Templ inbox.

Top-ups per network
Your first 3 eligible team-handled cases are free. Then $8 per team-handled case, $4 after 100 team-handled cases in a month. $0.99 per AI-only case. Pay only for resolved cases with a transaction check, a verified wallet, or an AI answer. Your team pays from its prepaid stablecoin balance. Payments send USDC or USDT straight to Templ. Each token and network opens after its payment checks pass.
